This policy describes information used when you read AutoCornerd, send a message, request email updates, post a comment, or use the automated assistant. Contact asjad@autocornerd.com with a privacy question or request.
Information You Provide
Contact messages can include your name, email address, message, and anything you choose to send. Subscription requests include your email, optional name, and request for email updates. Comment submissions include your name, email, and text. Approved comments may publish your name and comment; the email field is not displayed publicly.
Do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal details through these tools. AutoCornerd’s current publication does not offer visitor account registration.
How Submitted Information Is Used
Contact details are used to handle messages and delivery. Subscription details are used for requested email updates and any required confirmation. Comments are stored for moderation and publication decisions. Submission and delivery status may be retained to handle failures, retries, and abuse. An unavailable form does not create a subscription or send a message. Acceptance of a request and completion of external delivery are separate steps.
Contact us about access, correction, or deletion of information you provided. Information may remain in message, moderation, delivery or operational records until it is no longer needed or a relevant request is handled. Handling a request may require enough detail to identify the record and verify that it concerns you. Third-party providers may maintain their own records under their policies.
Hosting, Request Logs, And Abuse Prevention
The hosting and security services can process request information, including IP address, browser information, requested page, time, and error details. The application also uses a salted hash derived from an IP address to limit repeated requests to submission and chat features. A hash is an abuse-prevention identifier, not a guarantee of anonymity.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used for verification when configured. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and its Turnstile information. Comments, messages, and chat questions are not intentionally written into application request logs.
Cookies, Embedded Content, And Browser Controls
Advertising, analytics, verification services, and embedded videos can use browser storage or process device and usage information. The services involved depend on the page and which features are active. Browser settings can block or clear cookies; doing so may affect some features. Third-party video and checkout pages have their own policies.
Google Analytics And Advertising Information
When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics can process page and device-related usage information. See how Google uses information from partner sites. Google advertising information and choices are described in Google’s advertising policy. Advertising choices offered by the site’s ad service are described below.
Display Advertising
When display advertising is active, AutoCornerd works with Mediavine. The Mediavine section below describes that processing. Use the consent and privacy controls provided for your region when available.
Affiliate Links And External Checkout
AutoCornerd participates in the Amazon Associates program. Product links can take you to a merchant that processes activity under its own terms and privacy policy. Digital-product checkout and downloads are provided through Gumroad. AutoCornerd’s article forms do not collect card details. Read the affiliate disclosure for more information.
Email And Other External Services
Email sent directly to AutoCornerd is handled through the site’s email service. When a configured form sends a message or requests a subscription, its delivery provider processes the information needed for that request. The site shows when a form is unavailable. External websites and services have separate privacy practices; check their policies before submitting information there.
Automated Assistant
When chat is available, your question, the current conversation retained in this page, a catalog of published AutoCornerd URLs, and selected relevant article excerpts may be sent through OpenRouter to the selected model provider. The model and application impose size limits; the site does not silently remove older turns to make a request fit. AutoCornerd’s chat implementation keeps the conversation in the current page session and does not store its transcript in the site’s application database. Usage and spending records are separate from the transcript.
OpenRouter and model providers have their own processing, logging, and retention policies. A routing preference restricting provider data collection does not establish that every service has zero retention. Read OpenRouter’s provider data information before using chat, and avoid sensitive information.
Mediavine Programmatic Advertising (Ver 1.1)
The Website works with Mediavine to manage third-party interest-based advertising appearing on the Website. Mediavine serves content and advertisements when you visit the Website, which may use first and third-party cookies. A cookie is a small text file which is sent to your computer or mobile device (referred to in this policy as a “device”) by the web server so that a website can remember some information about your browsing activity on the Website.
First party cookies are created by the website that you are visiting. A third-party cookie is frequently used in behavioral advertising and analytics and is created by a domain other than the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies, tags, pixels, beacons and other similar technologies (collectively, “Tags”) may be placed on the Website to monitor interaction with advertising content and to target and optimize advertising. Each internet browser has functionality so that you can block both first and third-party cookies and clear your browser’s cache. The “help” feature of the menu bar on most browsers will tell you how to stop accepting new cookies, how to receive notification of new cookies, how to disable existing cookies and how to clear your browser’s cache. For more information about cookies and how to disable them, you can consult the information at All About Cookies.
Without cookies you may not be able to take full advantage of the Website content and features. Please note that rejecting cookies does not mean that you will no longer see ads when you visit our Site. In the event you opt-out, you will still see non-personalized advertisements on the Website.
The Website collects the following data using a cookie when serving personalized ads:
- IP Address
- Operating System type
- Operating System version

- Language of the website

Mediavine Partners (companies listed below with whom Mediavine shares data) may also use this data to link to other end user information the partner has independently collected to deliver targeted advertisements. Mediavine Partners may also separately collect data about end users from other sources, such as advertising IDs or pixels, and link that data to data collected from Mediavine publishers in order to provide interest-based advertising across your online experience, including devices, browsers and apps. This data includes usage data, cookie information, device information, information about interactions between users and advertisements and websites, geolocation data, traffic data, and information about a visitor’s referral source to a particular website. Mediavine Partners may also create unique IDs to create audience segments, which are used to provide targeted advertising.
If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices to opt-in or opt-out of this data collection, please visit National Advertising Initiative opt out page. You may also visit Digital Advertising Alliance website and Network Advertising Initiative website to learn more information about interest-based advertising. You may download the AppChoices app at Digital Advertising Alliance’s AppChoices app to opt out in connection with mobile apps, or use the platform controls on your mobile device to opt out.
